These terms explain the conditions for using HelpHours.

1. The service
HelpHours provides lightweight volunteer-hour collection for trusted groups. It is not an identity, attendance, employment, payroll, benefits, certification, safeguarding, or legal-compliance service.
2. Capability links
Submission, coordinator, and entry-receipt links grant different access. Keep coordinator and receipt links private. Anyone holding one may use its permissions.
3. Your responsibility
Coordinators are responsible for recipients, review decisions, programme rules, required records, consent, safeguarding, and any official reporting.
4. Self-reported information
Names, dates, durations, activities, and notes are self-reported. HelpHours does not verify identity, attendance, work performed, eligibility, or the recipient of a forwarded link.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. Technical limits and abuse controls protect reliability.
